Conservation

Taking care of the marine environment is fundamental to our business. We make our living from this wonderful food source and we want future generations to be able to do the same. We believe in sustainable fishing of healthy stocks and protection for areas under threat. We support the policies of the Marine Stewardship Council, an independent global charity who works with all sectors of the fishing industry to conserve fish stocks.

Cod & Haddock remain favourites & our long established contracted vessels catch for us in the healthy Atlantic waters of Iceland & Norway, along with the Barents Sea. These partnerships support our processing of fish in Hull & permit full traceability of supply, & improved quality & availability.
